Craig Slater, owner of Slater Cabinets and More, began his career in the cabinet business as a teenager, working in a cabinet shop in California. Although he pursued other careers over the years, he continued building cabinets part-time until returning to this work full-time in 2014. During this time, he also started learning about granite and countertop installation, which became an exciting new challenge for him.

Craig has transformed Slater Cabinets and More from a part-time side job into a thriving family business. With the acquisition of a showroom and warehouse space, Craig and his wife Lori are now better equipped to meet their customers’ needs, offer a wider range of options, and enhance the overall experience. By maintaining Slater Cabinets and More as a family business and hiring the right people, we remain dedicated to our core values: delivering quality cabinets and countertops with professional installation. 

Over the last 10 years, Craig has built many ongoing relationships and repeat business with homeowners, contractors, and realtors throughout Springfield and the surrounding areas. We are excited and grateful for the growth our business has experienced over the past decade and look forward to the relationships we have yet to build.
